Intro: The idea first came to me a few months ago when I went through a phase of being crazy about inspirit users. The current skill page tells us that Inspirit buffs work by 13% for novice, 30% for adept and 60% for elite (at max sef). While I played the game and gradually improved my band I started keeping track of damage outputs of my fighters and noticed a similar trend from skills. The first thing you have to realize is that there is an initial damage calculation for the attack, and the skill is bonus damage.

Initial test subject: Malakhloros, SF: 5/5, Level: 80/80
,Attack Strength: 5187

### Standard hit:

-Depending on the defense of enemy damage output was 1700s-2100s. By mathematic calculations we can conclude this is 32-40% of his attack strength. For simplicity and to help get a safer more accurate estimate I rounded down to 30% for the formulas. From this we can conclude the formula for the standard attack damage is:

**Damage= Attack Stat x .30 or 30%**

In malaks case we can say the average floor damage is 1556 and is expected to hit higher unless it's fighting a unit designed to absorb physical impact.

### Special hit:

-When **Scorch Elite** activated the damage output varied from 4500-5000.

-Since we established from the Standard hit we can conclude the damage added due to the skill ranges from 2900-3500.

-Now since it is an **Elite Skill **after all and with **Inspirit Elite** boosting** .6 or 60%** let us see what happens when you solve for 60% of 5187:

**5187 x .60 = 3112**

The result shows a distinct corelation with the "bonus damage" added with Scorch elite. Coincidence? I think not.

### Two Equations:

#### Coefficients:

D= damage

A= attack

N= .13 (novice)

Y= .30 (adept)

E= .60 (elite)

We now Have 2 equations that can calculate fighter damage.

**Standard Damage: **

**D= A x .30**

**Skill Damage: ***Has three subfunctions depending on the level of the skill.*

**S.F.1. : D= (A x .30) + (A x N) **

**S.F.2. : D= (A x .30) + (A x Y)**

**S.F.3 : D= (A x .30) + (A x E)**

### Closing statements:

- Disclaimer: This is not 100% accurate as there are other factors that are not easily accounted for such as defense and opossing relics and edge. However it does provide a good estimate for the offensive potential of a fighter.

Side note: This formula does work with gear and gear skills, just plug in the attack stat after gear equip into the initial attack or A section.

-Kohinoor 5/5 80/80: Nitro Adept ranges: 2600-3000 damage.

-Ksathra 5/5 80/80: Scorch Elite ranges 4000-4400 damage.

-Pinaria 5/5 60/60: Pre-empt Adept ranges 400-600 damage.
